Booking and price

A travel booking initiated on our website, team, or otherwise acknowledged as true, accurate, complete, and best of one's knowledge. We put every effort into sharing updated information on our website concerning booking and prices. But getting an error is also quite evident. So, the purpose is to confirm the booking and price before commencing a task.

Booking made with flight segment: A booking made with the flight segment for a certain destination, but the ticket holder is unable to continue a trip, so the booking could be canceled automatically. In conditions such as this, we could not hold you responsible for any relief, and penalties could be applied according to airline regulations.

Booking on behalf of others

A booking made for another person than yourself then you might be remarked as the contact person of travelers. You could present and warrant that the information you shared is correct and similar to the travel document. A mismatch of information could not hold us liable nor be liable to face future consequences.

Corporate booking

A corporate booking can be carried forward by both online and offline methods (call) with us. Corporate booking needs to be verified by the airline, and till then, we cannot guarantee a fixed price. We cannot be accountable for any airfare changes because this is beyond our controllable jurisdiction.

Group Booking: Group booking fares are dynamic and change until the airline confirms. Therefore, the airline is not responsible for any changes because they are completely regulated by airline conditions. If there is any inequality before the ticket is issued, then we cannot be held responsible for it.

Pricing

The final payment on the website could include all government taxes, base fare, and convenience fees. The whole amount needs to be paid to confirm the booking. Under any conditions, if travelers refuse to pay or cannot submit the entire sum, then we have the right to deny services. An infant up to two years of age can travel for free or child fare. But in conditions where infants grow older than 2 years during a trip than, separate bookings need to be formed.

Visa and Travel document

The paperwork for traveling could be carried in the same manner as destinations and ticket conditions. To complete a trip, travelers have to submit all the necessary documents, such as visas, passports, transit visas, identification proof, and so on. So, it is solely the responsibility of travelers to present the obligatory document. In any conditions, when you fail to provide a present document to the airline, then we cannot hold a response for the outcome or remoteness of damages. As the traveler's duty to satisfy such requirements, which is why the burden of damage has to be borne by them only.

To use our website or book with us, you must meet certain conditions:

Resolution Of Disputes

Governing Law; Submission to Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania , USA. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pennsylvania courts unless stated otherwise. Claims must be brought to our attention within 6 months of the booking date.

Mandatory Arbitration

Claims will be resolved through arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association. You agree to assert claims on an individual basis. FLIGHTSDOODLE reserves the right to assert claims against you in small claims court.
